We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will meet your expectations or match exactly what is depicted in our store. As a print-on-demand store, minor variations in color saturation, print placement, and dimensions are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities available to any person, region, or jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

Section 3 — Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. MoiMoi Store reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and successfully process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is accepted, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests, as print-on-demand production begins promptly after acceptance.

If we do not accept, modify, or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of order.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as set out in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, customs, or import charges.

We may offer promotions from time to time that affect pricing. Where promotion terms conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms will govern.

By placing an order, you confirm that: (i) your payment information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are authorized to use the payment method provided; (iii) charges will be honoured by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all posted charges including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

All content on the Services — including trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, product visuals, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — is owned by MoiMoi Store, its affiliates, or licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

MoiMoi Store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are made directly with MoiMoi Store. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any transaction between you and MoiMoi Store, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.

You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with MoiMoi Store.

•        Does not conceal or obfuscate that interactions are from an Agent

•        Does not mimic human behavior or circumvent CAPTCHAs or human-verification measures

•        Responds truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine if interactions are from a human or a machine

•        Does not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, or control Agent access

We may implement technical measures to limit or control Agent access to the Services at any time.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice at our sole discretion. You remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any provisions that by their nature should survive.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, but will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations from you without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld).

You and MoiMoi Store consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of the applicable courts in that jurisdiction.
