Shipping Policy

1. How We Fulfill Orders
MoiMoi Store is a print-on-demand (POD) store. All products are made to order — nothing is pre-stocked or stored in a warehouse. Every order is printed, packed, and shipped directly by our fulfillment partner from the facility closest to your location.
This means your item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Please allow time for both fulfillment and shipping.
2. Fulfillment Time
Before your order is shipped, it needs to be produced. Estimated fulfillment times:
• Standard products: 2–5 business days
• Complex or specialty items may take slightly longer during high-demand periods (e.g. holiday season)
Fulfillment time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery window = fulfillment time + shipping time.
3. Shipping Times & Options
Once fulfilled, orders are handed off to a carrier. Estimated shipping times based on destination:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the product category, and your selected shipping method. We may offer:
• Flat-rate shipping per region
• Free shipping on qualifying orders (where applicable)
If your order contains multiple product categories, shipping rates may be combined.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and carrier name via email. You can monitor your shipment status using the tracking link provided.

6. International Orders — Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Exception: For UK orders, we offer Standard DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping — duties and taxes are collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
Package not arrived (in transit): If your tracking hasn't updated and the order appears lost in transit, contact us at customerservice@moimoistore.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a reprint and reship at no cost to you.
Tracking shows 'Delivered' but not received: If the carrier has marked your order as delivered but you haven't received it, we are unable to cover the cost of a replacement. We recommend checking with neighbors, your building reception, or filing a claim with the carrier directly. We're happy to assist you with carrier contact details.
8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days of delivery at customerservice@moimoistore.com with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the damaged item (full item visible)
• A brief description of the issue
We will review and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
9. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, wrong design, or wrong color due to a fulfillment error, email customerservice@moimoistore.com within 30 days with photos of the incorrect item and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no charge.
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible — we may be able to update it before fulfillment begins.
If the address is entered incorrectly and the order has already been fulfilled, any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
